they will need face shields.. I dunno.. if it's airborne.. mask trumps face shield IMO except for direct sneeze/cough assault and even there.. I am far less sanguine on the shield's efficacy.. if sneezer/cougher is masked.. it is contained.. change mask.. have protocol... yes lots of rules required.. but it is where we are at... unmasked cougher/sneezer is just problematic.. Jesus won't help.. (my mom would shoot me for saying that)
