OK Stuff, the fed funds are really geared to the NO child left behind legislation... so if no school .. no funds needed.. from the feds.. is that what you want to hear ? you got it.. but that was NOT my message.. You are questioning me on a red herring.. but if you want to claim victory on an arcane triviality .. you have it :) as my profile says.. pay it forward.. if I can bring some free joy into this world.. great.. Approximately 90% of the time Trump's twitter messaging is a fustercluck. Yes.. *But his policy objectives are sound at least half the time* No.. a lot lower.. You are too generous.. because simply he is living in the past.. when (as I have opined many a time over two decades).... the world has/is changed/changing.. more countries become developed and want a bigger piece of the pie.. They are gonna take it .. whether the US likes it or not..,. His vision of MAGA is rooted in the 50s/60s.. those days are gone.. as Springsteen says in My Hometown.. They aren't coming back.. Like anyone .. America must adapt or die.. He is his own worst enemy and should delegate most of the general communications. Definitely He needs to stop thinking out loud.. The Bleach injection crap is a perfect example.. He was not suggesting anyone inject bleach.. He was just thinking .. too bad we cannot find a way to apply the same or a similar mechanism to people.. Sadly lots of his base did exactly that.. UFB eh ? The Covid is a hoax story is another example.. he did not say that.. but even lots of his supporters ON SI BOARDS EVEN believed he did.. Trump's tweets are often unpresidential but three quarters of the media never treated him like a president. .. as a leader.. it starts with HIM.. point final.. (rarely presidential would have been far more accurate) I don't think Biden is a good choice.. either.. which gets me into trouble with my lib friends where I feel more comfy on social issues.. Electing Biden means nothing will change and the US is still mired in NO CHOICE politics.. :( They get do rinse and repeat in 4 years and a bit.. Beating Mr. Trump is not a victory...
