Beats me....first time I've heard Microsoft is restricted. But let's say they are, for some reason, it doesn't change the fact that I still like them sitting on the chair next to me.

My point of the "chump change" remark is that Microsoft probably makes 100 investments every year where they're taking a just in case position. If DGSD doesn't work out they have 99 other bets.

Make any sense?
