And to think that I thought the U.S. was truly the land of equal opportunity. Hmmm. Didn't Clinton say something about that last night? Oh, it's the land of equal opportunity when you line the coffers of the national politicians. Silly me. I doubt Vernon Jordan would talk to major companies about my employment situation. BTW, none of the programs Clinton proposes affects me, except that my taxes won't go down. Oh well, guess I'll just have to hope YHOO goes to 20 so I can take the gain and pay "a hell of a lot more than" my fair share of taxes. <G> To think, I could be married, have kids, make a little less, and pay NO federal income tax.
