Amazing that it's mid-July and it's either brutally fatal or completely benign, or maybe something in between.
The answer is - All of the Above. In the great majority of cases, CoViD is benign for those younger than 60, turning increasingly brutal for those over 70 — and something in between for those between 60 and 70.

It’s confusing because people have a difficult time accepting the above.

Some of this non-acceptance is willful and politically motivated. If this simple fact were clearly understood and accepted, the lockdowns would have to have been ended at least a month ago. Flattening of the curve would become an issue of moderate precautions among active, working (and studying) age people.

Older people in the community would have to remain very careful and do their best not to get infected.

Politicians would have to go and screw themselves - and stop pushing people around unnecessarily.
