"PFG has been informed by one of Barricks top personal working on the
Diablillos that there WILL be a mine on the property."

Is this not a material fact which should be disclosed in a news release?? Or is this the impetus for the next round of promo??

Brad.

In response to Mr. Staya's comment which reads," PFG has been informed by one of Barrick's top personnel working on the Diablillos that there will be a mine on the property."

I take responsibility for this statement and thought that it would be helpful if I clarified the context. When discussing the Oculto deposit with Dave Heberlein from Barrick, we talked about the fact that the deposit is exhibiting sufficient potential to be a mine. However, a great deal of work remains for us to be able to prove that it is a mine. To prove that Diablillos is a mine requires a feasibility study, which is at least one year away. The question remains whether the deposit contains a sufficient quantity of gold for Barrick to meet their corporate objective. Neither Barrick nor Pacific Rim has approached a production decision, as the property is still in the exploration phase. I apologize for any misconception my statement generated and as always, welcome your calls and questions. Samantha Cramer, Corporate Information Officer
