I used 1/3 of the money I made selling at $12 3/4. As I've said before, I am holding off buying anymore because I don't see a bottom yet. Now that the PE is down to a reasonable level (18-20), I believe it has a much better chance of price appreciation. This PE level is the level that a year ago I mentioned would be my buying target. Well, here we are.
