All private insurance must cover the cost of Covid-19 testing. Period.

Not the issue I was pointing out.

My whole reason for pointing this out, it was the FIRST time I had ever seen, a "procedure" or test was not reduced by the insurance company as to "reasonable"

Your COVID test is $1000 - sure that's reasonable. We pay $1000 (didn't happen, but who knows)

And I understand, we are footing the bill - no looking out for the taxpayer once again.
