Ah yes. See, try to extend the benefit of the doubt, nice person competent at something, thrown in the breach and so on. Nope. Nasty person, you hired me, can't be fired, do whatever the hell I want. Yeah, government is the answer, government not being a bunch of impressive building with J Edgar's name over the entrance but just a bunch of people who posture with a good heart until they get their foot in the door. It'll work, it'll work, give it time, we just need the right people.
