I have had MUCH better luck selling puts than calls. The overall long term bias of the market is up and perhaps there is a lesson in that. I think if they go in the money that I can roll them up and out. There are some stocks that I think are insanely priced (MSFT AAPL APD and some others).

I have had some bad trades bur overall have done well. I tend to hold when I should trim maybe just a little. Always opportunity to get in again or something else.
