Terry, very undervalued re. p/e imo, fairly valued re. book value - thats why price is so sensitive to earnings. Other toy companies have had time to build up book value cushion through years of earnings. Thats also one of the reasons I'm against share buyback unless prices drop precipitously. All that said, current price does not surprise me given seasonal effect. Personally I think we will see substantial price increase as year progresses, propelled by higher earnings and compounded by higher p/e.
I think p/e well into the teens is definite possibility in latter half of year and that p/e will gradually move up as year progresses at rate of 0.5/month.

all imo,
Gary

Terry,
My batting average on calling the p/e for this one really stinks. So with a grain of salt I'll say, if the pre Q1 price went back to the highs on Q4, $19, I would not be surprised at all. A pe of 15 seems reasonable/cheap considering the growth that we are talking but, new comers will need proof so like Gary, the second half, post Q1 and 2 should be enough to get the bar raised into the upper teens again, if not sooner.

Gitty, never been called that before. Lot of other things but not that.
