From Granich today:

During my visit to Vancouver, I received an in-depth update at Donner Minerals (DML) office.

Let me be perfectly clear, I AM NOT A GEOLOGIST, FAR FROM IT. However, over the years I have learned enough to get me past class 101.

If what I saw and heard bears fruit, 1998 could be a banner year for DML. MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, we are still elephant hunting and this business bags very few elephants. However, I believe the geological evidence gathered these last three years, combined with the limited drill results so far, have given DML shareholders a fair and decent shot for the pie in the sky dream we all have as speculators/gamblers.

I particularly want to urge those of you who have some geological background to contact DML at your earliest convenience. I am hard pressed to find reasons why DML won't remain near the top of most junior resource stocks shopping lists. Please call 1-800-909- 8311.

Please note - I am participating in a private placement in DML and remain a compensated consultant to them.

Cheers,

Kent

Jimsey: Congrats on the Eldorado... One needs to win a megabuck lottery or maybe these VB plays could hit double digits and then maybe then we could keep up with all these great picks....ed

In the Donner country of South Voisey Bay it was interesting to see Mandorin (vse:mgd) trade about 3/4 million shares on wednesday, something must be going on.?? This Labrador int.(vse:lab) has been doing well over the last week. I notice Lab. int. don't have many shares issued , but what caused them to hit a high of $0.75/share? over the last year??????
