Hi kidl,

Europe is passing a lot of laws mandating their implementation. In the long run that will be very expensive and impair economic growth.

Europe believes in bureaucratic change much more than the US wanting market based change IMO.

I'm not a big fan of EV's, as I've had poor results stocking volts years back.

There was zero interest in my rural market, even with many commuters driving into Houston while living in the suburbs.

I also think Europe has made terrible choices on renewables and eliminating nuclear. Germany's electricity costs have tripled, and now they are building coal electricity plants. Must be a very expensive ruh roh going on over there.

As long as fossil fuels stay low longer, EV adoption will be slow at best.

I think they will build a niche in urban areas and master planned communities.

They're capturing substantial market share, is a very long term event. 2050 plus
