Got a quote back at about 3:55 pm $5.25 - $6.25. The buyers finished the day I guess.

Also, I would like to add a clarification which was explained to me by a Naxos IR person. A rumour is someone saying "I heard that on ____ (name a day) Naxos was going to release ____ opt (fill in the number).

It is just speculation when someone is told by anyone connected to Naxos "we're trying to get news out in the next ______ (fill in a number) days / weeks". We don't have to beat ourselves up for being hopeful about upcoming news, but we will do ourselves a great service to realize that it has been rare that anyone has had a "heads up" on real specifics of a news release and then posted it here.

With this in mind, enthusiastic speculation or even sobbering criticism is one thing, but implying some level of "inside" info is where the rumour label begins. And specific rumour being put in writing here on the thread does not help Naxos and doesn't help us.

I don't know if this helps, but I thought I would pass it on.

Regards,

Tom F.

Mark,

I actually had sent Mike a reply to his Jan 24th post and the message
you reference was his response. Mike appears to be very optimistic
in regard to the DD companies...now more than ever. Hopefully, our
own Dr. Johnson is part of the reason why. On the subject of gold mines,
I saw that yesterday Barrick Gold was downgraded by Morgan Stanley from
Outperform to Neutral. Any closing quotes/volume for today ???
