show me a communications company that has been successful in both hardware infrastructure and content. you could argue TWX or AOL, but AOL will get out of the infrastructure biz over time (IMO) and i'm not sure how much synergy there is between their cable operations and the content side of the house.

i said "(hopefully)" -- shooting from the hip -- because i'd like management's full attention on the task at hand.
