You are not really wrong. Your prediction is just a little too early. You may be right in about 8-12 weeks. Unfortunately, there will be no herd immunity or vaccine by then - and with another 60,000+ deaths. By that time, the death rates will be low and there will be less enthusiasm for a vaccine.

The best data we have so far is in parts of Queens, New York, where about 50% of sampled population had antibodies to Covid. However, the death rate there has reached about 5,000/deaths per million. USA as a whole right now is at about 450 deaths per million.
