This does raise important questions. I find in some cases like at a investment show or on the phone with an IR person they(meaning the public companies as a whole) may be willing to use promotive type language to you in person. So the question I ask is if the comment could be said to me why could it not be posted to everyone. If only official comments could be passed on then why do Public companies have IR people all they would need to say is read or wait for the next release.
