Red, Ding dang it-you are a hum dinger! Like the way you put the Synder straight too. The sad thing tho, it really is about that simple. Building something with a few values may not be popular, but wouldn't it be quite a change? You can do the job. They are paying millions in lawyer fees and to consultants, when you summed up the right way to go in one short post. Let me hear some liberal argue to the contrary!
