A good bear is always good for a thread's discussion. However, I don't buy the theory on this falling three to four points based on your technical analysis. I know this is a great company with great management and great product.

According to my estimates, next year's earnings will be at least 80 cents. At a reasonable forward-looking multiple of 20, MTIC should at least be trading at $16. I feel my numbers are conservative. I don't see any way that this stock could trade at $9.
