Steve, You are right there is a discretion built into the '5' dollar share price. When I spoke to a rep from Nas. I asked if the clock restarts after a stock closes below 5. He told me that if a stock closed for a week below 5, then you would in all likelyhood have to re-apply. The basic message that he imparted to me is that if Nasdaq wants you they will make sure that you qualify. The rules might have gotten stricter, but if you will bring money to the Nas coffers, your in. Will they show us any special consideration, I hope so, but if we keep above this price for another week, it won't make a difference. We will be moving on up.
