Dueling stimulus plans. The Communist Democrats want to give the largest slice of stimulus to states and cities in their jurisdiction to bail them out from their poor management. If I was a Congressman, I'd oppose this. If the Communist Democrats want to destroy the cities and states they live in, then they have to pay the consequences instead of asking red state taxpayers to bail them out.
