No gloating Matthew...
:-) Shorting a stock trading above its bullish support line, giving a couple of buy signals is generally not a good idea. The only thing he had in his favor was the sector hadn't reversed up yet. Cisco will at some point pullback but it would take a major slide in the sector to create a sell signal on Cisco's chart. Once the sector reverses up, I imagine Cisco will do even better.
