Omnichrome, you are hitting the semantics pretty heavily here, but when a CEO
tells a shareholder his goal is eps of .40/shares, I think it is not out of line to call that
a "suggestion." IMO it is certainly a lot closer to a suggestion than a
"mis-statement."

I would have to believe Ira is basing this on the "6 or 7" possible aquisitions he is looking over. I would assume they are going to be accreditive to EPS.
