am now short 10700 shares. i probably won't cover because

it looks like bankruptcy protection is not far away from pnda.

Last I checked PNDA had about 15 days of short interest. Obviously, this number doesn't concern you. Do you look at days to cover when shorting a stock? If so, how many days to cover gets you worried?
