Yes, you're right about potentially not understanding some of the other postings. I'll grant you that. Another problem is sometimes people address a post to one person in the string when they really meant to address the post to somebody else (ggg) Yes, it's true that REALLY DOES happen sometimes. OTOH, A good feature related to an "Ignore" type option is that it could cut down on a lot of the malarky. When someone is being a real pest I can usually hit the "next" button and ignore it. But sometimes, oooh sometimes it's just too tempting to add more flames to the fire... even though I know I shouldn't. On those days shielding myself from the offending posts would be a real good thing.
