Flan,
I think we are mixed on whether or not the bottom has been reached. The stocks I like(CDG,EVI,FGII,RDC,ESV,GLM,GLBL,MDCO,KEG,GW,NE) have reached the bottom and are now heading slightly up and to the right(IMO).I imagine yours will follow shortly. Each day looks brighter tome. The big selloff caused by SLB has subsided rather quickly. In the bad olds day we'd have plummeted another 5-10 days straight down. Not the case this week.
Dave

Flan, you forgot to mention El Nino!

1. Momentum Money gone
2. Tax selling
3. OPEC quota increase agreement
4. Increased Iraq Oil Sales
5. Warm N.American weather- (El Nino?)
6. Asian demand question

The jury is still out on the ultimate effect of some of these-and it's not always clear which dog is wagging the tail (just had to use that!) - but its been painful. Of note, I just received an E-mail from a friend in Germany who says that winter with cold temperatures has arrived with a vengeance there! Dave
