MJZ, I have been on the FIBR thread for a long time and a few months ago I believe two people were making outright false comments on the board. I dont know the exact proceedings because the 2 participants were not allowed to talk publicly about it (they had a gag order of some sort) but they had to post retractions on the thread to all their comments point by point. Now rememeber, everyone is entitled to an opinion and criticisms are allowed as well. I think in this case legal action was taken simply because what was posted on there were outright lies and "defamation". I dont know if this qualifies for that.. just saying there is precedent for such actions. Mark
