woody, check some of the previous posts. The directors
stuck with this company (The CEO even loaned it 1MM) when
it was down and out, and I think that they sold a small
% of their holdings over the past year.

Large insider buying is a very good sign. Insider selling
is a little more ambiguous.

Woody:
I am sure the CFO and CEO wish they had not sold their shares
Hindsight is 20/20.

Woody,
We've been through the discussion of insider selling. David explained it back in Aug. or Sept. You can check through all of his posts back then.

By the way, my understanding is that results of studies have shown that insider buying or selling can be a good indicator if three or more insiders are all taking the same action and if they are buying or selling a significant portion of their holdings. I don't think those "if"s describe the situation here.
