ÿÿÿÿBALA CYNWYD, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRES)--Jan. 28, 1998--Notice
is hereby given that on Jan. 28, 1998, a class action
lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court,
Southern District of California on behalf of
all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the common
stock of Iomeza Corp. ("Iomeja" or the "Company"), at any
time between November 8, 1997 and Jan. 22, 1998.
