Hold on, Guys and Gals. I believe there has been a gross over reaction to yield's one and only criticism. This (SI) is supposed to be an open forum and a certain amount of stupidity has to be accepted. I've encountered MUCH worse on several threads, and no one ever bothers to threaten law suits. While he was certainly wrong, you have to remember that the tenor of this thread is so very, very upbeat that any normal investor would have an automatic reaction that said "SCAM" in no uncertain terms. The guy apologized almost immediately. I can't believe any real harm was done, and as they say, no harm - no foul. I wouldn't want participants to be so intimidated by threats that they weren't able to suggest from time to time that there might be some shenanigans going on here and there. George E.
