SAN JOSE, Calif, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Micro Linear Corp said it
plans to begin an additional stock repurchase program for up to
1.5 million of its stock. During 1997, the company purchased about 750,000 shares at an approximate cost of $8.3 million. As of January 27, 1998 the company had approximately 11.7
million shares outstanding.

Thanks! That makes me feel better. Cash them or lose them - doesn't reflect on any insider sentiment. MLIN announced this afternoon that they were buying more of their stock - $ 1.5 million worth. That should put a floor in the current neighborhood for awhile. At $7.50 they can buy 200,000 more shares back. Thats about 2% of all their stock.
