Re <<new / better>>, is typically defined by victorious side as “new / worse” for the losing side. So far what the USA has experienced in terms of change, relative to most other domains throughout history, has been kind & gentle, almost tepid, and lacking in kinetics.

The situation may or may not change post November election, for the better or worse. I do not know enough to tell good vs bad change very precisely, as am not close to the situation(s).

Gold is doing well by change, and that is okay in the sense that it is predictable, and gets all out of a mathematics problem, in the truly big picture. The trump certainly did not create the mathematics issue. He might solve it.

Biden appears to continue trending, for change predictit.org

But frankly should Trump win, he may accelerate change towards still more change.

Either way the elections, change might go large and heavy, and resolve knot.
