That's a scrummy looking meal. Have to go to San Francisco, L.A., or San Diego to find food served like that in California. Would be a LOT more that $30.00 per person.

I ate ramen soup twice this last week-- thanks to Tampopo. This Ramen is actually really good stuff.

My blood sugar was rocketing up after eating these and I finally figured out why. When I read the ingredients/nutrition info on the bag I saw 26 grams of carbs which is ok with me --
but what I failed to realize is that the 26 grams is only for 1/2 the bag. The full bag is around 53 grams,
a bit much for a diabetic.

I made this bowl with just 1/2 the bag of ramen ..., and is a substantial portion. Has lots of mushrooms.

Oh, and gotta mention that means I only used .10 cents worth of the Ramen [they cost .20 cents per bag]. Cheap eats.

hopefully I can save enuf money eating these meals to one day be able to afford one like you've pictured.
