This is so stupid. Facebook is being attacked from both the left (for not enough censorship) and the right (for biased censorship).

Here's a novel idea. How about Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press?

If Facebook wants to censor people, they should be allowed to as a private entity. If Facebook doesn't want to censor people, they shouldn't be forced to.

If you don't like that idea, I can refer you to this couple who carries around a copy of the Constitution in their pocket ...
