I'm still digging. I have yet to get the workshop text. If those blood levels are really as different as you say and the methods used to measure are the same, LOOK OUT. I really don't think I have discovered, yet, anything that Asensio did not already know--JMO. I would be really surprised if a NUMBER of experts( Asensio's included) haven't looked at this.

Regards the Immumax lawsuit, and questions that I have had before. I still don't understand how you can file a "fraudulent" patent application unless. 1.) You lie about the data in order to validate your claims. or, 2.) Knowingly file an application that infringes on other peoples claims.

I admittedly do not know a whole lot about patent law, and would benefit greatly from a lecture here. But I don't see how you can be fraudulent unless you have an intent to mislead.

I do know that in science very often interpretations of data can be very different(duh!). This can be really aggravating if it is your data.
