Hi Matt,

I'd like to believe you, but most of your remarks (except that you made a suggestion to Ron) seem pretty subjective or non-verifiable.

Please answer just one specific question for now: What are the facts behind your claim IAIC is working a lot of overtime? (e.g. did you personally see increased activity at their parking lot? --if so, what is normal activity vs. weekend activity? --if not, who are you relying on for this assertion? --when was this? --etc.)

Thanks, Greg

IAIC Shareholders thank you, BARRONS Magazine, February 2nd, 1998:

IAIC was discussed in this Monday's Barrons regarding White Rock Capital's (a/k/a George Soros-affiliated White Rock Capital) amassing a 5.75% stake in IAIC.

Just in time for tomorrow's institutional growth stock conference in Philadelphia, the Emerald Research Conference, where IAIC will be presenting.

Gotta love that free publicity!

Regards.

Elliot
