The important thing re. both exl and gme is getting this settled; gme is well undervalued even if things stay as they were. What we need is the court case over and the price of gold to stabilize over $300 (like, $350 or so).

Hi Chris - I am encouraged to hear the long saga could finally be coming to an end. Due to the lengthy proceedings of this case and sagging gold prices it would appear that both EXL and GME could see more action to the upside in the future.

If the JV ends up 60/40 EXL do you have any idea of the anticipated cash flows? The last time I checked EXL stands at 28.3 million o/s and GME at 5.2 million.
