Sly, "Massive structural reforms" are NOT just words. They are Executive ACTIONS/ORDERS and NEW LAWS. BLM started under Obama. Joe "You're full of s--t" Biden was Vice President at the time. There's nothing that President Biden can do that President Obama couldn't do. Like I said, if the protests suddenly stop once Biden is elected, that will be confirmation that the outrage was completely manufactured by the Democrats.
