One of the drawbacks of Reg S. While there are rules & regulations against this sort of thing, the people breaking the rules first have to be caught, then punished...and that won't happen because of the time & manpower required.

As Euripides said: "Feces happens"; That's why it's called Reg. S.

OTOH, Jack Arnold has been upfront about this (and other issues) and it seems pretty clear that he doesn't like resorting to Reg S any more than the rest of us. The way things seem to be going, this may soon be a distant, unpleasant memory.
