I've seen it several times. It clearly shows how corruption and drug laws trap inner city people... you know the people you blame for being bad. Corrupt cops mostly. Brutal cops who accomplish nothing, except they make drug dealing and bribery profitable for organized crime...

Just like they did during prohibition... and when they made a free zone it clearly showed how legalizing drugs but regulating them would be the solution... that no republican will ever support.

Yea Baltimore is a mess. The Gov did not do the city a favor when he cancelled the light rail and spent the state portion on rural white regions. Minnesota avoids that with the Metropolitan Council.

But things are not rosy in Red Trump white Appalachia, with run down towns, rusted vehicles parked in front yards to dilapidated homes and meth heads clogging up county jails.
