That looks good and simple - I'm a big fan of mushrooms. I do most of the cooking here. I enjoy it. I also go out and buy all the ingredients. We have several great grocery outlets nearby, including a Whole Foods that's only a few blocks from our home.

My wife can cook but where she really shines is baking and making jams/jellys.from fresh fruits and berries.
Tonight I made ginger beef, served with white rice, steamed broccoli. and Sapporo beer.

I insist on eating Asian dishes with chopsticks.
