Good thinking....and here I was just about to say I shuffled thru 100+ posts with not much substance...kinda like being at a party...one group is trying to have a civilized well thought out conversation and some others wanna do beer bongs all nite and THEN discuss things...*LOL*

Andrew, It is my understanding that there were apx. 28 Million total outstanding shares with apx. 10 million in the float. I believe that there are about 18 million shares that are restriced for another year. I think these figuers were before the Myriad deal.

Any shares that are considered to be in the float should be free trading shares with no restriction.

It is my understanding that the 2.5 million shares that are being used for the Myriad deal will be restricted for at least one year. Therefore they would not be added to the float until the restricted time period is over.
