PJ, Good question. But, I'm sorry just don't know the answer to it. Frankly, don't even want to guess. Though according to many who know the company well, there is a chance Dr Faris may do it again. Have a few warrants that I bought at $2.00. At least for me, if nothing happens by Feb 15-20, I'll simply sell them for whatever amount. Definitely not waiting for the end of the month. Have no plan to convert either for I have a lot of common already. Quite loaded with it. Actually the hiring of BT\Alex Brown puzzles me if extension will be needed. Hope this helps. sycamore
