Has anyone seen their heating and electricity rates drop with these natural gas rates at or below 24-year lows?

Rates for my natural gas and electricity use have soared. Something like 20% in January and another hike just recently to pay for infrastructure to reduce outages during wildfires and atmospheric river storms like we're having now.

It seems PG&E used the surge in price to set their rates here in CA... no wonder they are making so much money and were bragging about it on CNBC.
