It is my understanding that most of the shares that are restricted are being held Arif Adam and he is likely a long term holder.

Andrew,

I do not know for sure what figure was used for the eps calculations.

Since the audit appears to be very close to being finalized, I would assume that the figure used for the 1997 eps of .10 to .11 would be whatever the total outstanding shares were on December 31, 1997. I do not know for sure what that figure is. It could very well be the 28 million.
