The message on imbedded systems is not getting out. Owners of my company were talking about being year 2K compliant early last year. I asked them today if another company they own, in manufacturing, was investigating the embedded chip problem. They had never heard of it, but will now investigate it. TAVA should mass mail, cold call, or do whatever else it might take to wake people up to this problem. Too many companies don't know about it and when they find out it will be too late for them and for us shareholders as well.

John:

Did you get in short at 6 1/2? You keep mentioning that ceiling, and I am wondering if you are protecting your position. Please be assured that this is a serious question. I have the utmost respect for those who know when to short a company based on good DD, I think it is a mark of a skilled investor who understands how to analyze a companies fundamentals and is discerning in studying releases.

Thanks for your reply.

Jack Z.

John,

Settle down a little. The fact that Dreyfus was likely buying its shares AFTER the run provides some solidification and support in the stock. They will either be working with Mmkrs to support their position or they would flat out bail and tank the price.

I see their 13G being a very interesting step in unfolding story. We may be seeing some special arrangements being made to facilitate some short covering at these prices and then we will have some more folks going long.

Even though it is a relatively small speculative position for a mutual fund in $$ terms, the fact that they decided to buy at least 5% of the company should be raising a few eyebrows out there on the street.

Just my humble opinion.

Regards,

Ron
