Question: I doubt management will say much about this, but see what you can find out about concrete license negotiations, like who are they with, how long have they been going on, do they expect any to be signed in the next few months?, etc.

Also, what are the possibilities of a reverse split?

Thanks, Andy

Dennis,

Outside of the obvious questions about the BAT-Mobile and Feb. 10 testing, here are a few questions I would like to know:

(1) Last chat Joe stated that he expected to show positive earnings. See if he will give you a ballpark figure on earnings and revenues.
(2) When will the audited financials be released?
(3) Outside of audited financials and stock price, does the company meet qualifications for listing on Nasdaq Small-Cap? Is he targeting Nasdaq Small-cap or another exchange (Amex?).

And some subsidiary information:
(4) Has the company completed the 55 car order for Barbados? Any similar deals in the works?
(5) Any additional major deals with the U.S. Postal Service?
(6) How are the electric bikes selling? It was mentioned that their were contracts pending on 3000 more bikes. What's the status of that?

Thanks in advance.
Gator

Why do they use a Yanmar deisel (which they claim is in short supply)? What kind of milage would an unmodified Yanmar get? Why are they comparing apples to oranges, viz. deisel to gas?

Dennis Reed-How did your meeting go with BAAT?

A lot of activity has happened since you posted on 1-28. I am awaiting your detailed info if your meeting occured as planned. I am especially interested in the "other" European company that was mentioned, but not named by Joe Estella.

Thanks

The Alaskan
