Interesting about zinc. Some AREDS type eye formulas have 30mg of zinc per tablet. Hmm... that one is zinc acetate. Another formula I'm looking at is 34.8mg of zinc oxide.

Both suggest two tablets/soft gels per day. One morning, one evening. Doing that would put me over your limit.

I have been taking Quercetin 500mg twice daily for 6 or 7 years. I have recently added 30mg zinc pincolate.

I think my colds/flu has been cut in half. I had a fever in December after a trip to DC, thought I might have had COVID. I had the antibody test but it was negative.
