There has been no significant insider selling since 6/19/96,
when 92,214 shares were sold @$7.27. Since then there have been
3 other insider sales. 4,000 share @ $7.50 0n 6/19/96,
2,500 shares @ $6.00 on 8/5/96 and the only insider sale in the
last year, 2 insiders sold 7,500 shares @ $6.98 between 10/6-
10/16/97.

Still waiting for a clarification of your post.
Since you spend most of time on SI "Monitoring Gold"
IDMC seems way out of your investment style. My guess
is your a short here and we won't here from you again.
