He ran as a Democrat! And that is what I said. If one wants to participate in the Democratic primaries they must be a Democrat. Christ almighty - lol!

The progressives backed Bernie because he is a progressive. You don't seem to like progressives, so you keep harping on his being an independent. We didn't care about that as long as he ran as a Democrat, because being a progressive is the most important thing to us, "because" it is his ideas we were interested in. We supported him based on ideology. You don't like that and that is fine, but you need to face the fact progressives are now the majority in the Democratic party and we increase in number every day as the kids and women are mostly progressive.
